"Easy to use, but I’m still keeping an eye on it"
I’ve been using the WaBa Grill app often, it’s been surprisingly smooth. I can pick my usual bowl, make changes, and pay really fast. The pickup time has been accurate so far too, which I appreciate. No weird glitches yet, but I’m always a little suspicious of apps that work too well, so we’ll see how it holds up...

"Takeout packaging was actually really good"
Ordered from wabagrill.com for pickup and the packaging was better than I expected.
Nothing spilled in the bag, the sauces were closed tight, and the bowls were still warm when I got home. It didn’t feel messy or cheap like some takeout spots can be, which I really appreciated.
Kind of a small thing, but it does make a diffrence. I’d defintely order again

"Convenient, even if I pretend I need variety"
Waba Grill is super close to my office, so it’s one of those easy lunch spots when I don’t want to waste half my break. I always tell myself I should try somewhere different, but then I end up walking over anyway because it’s quick, simple, and doesn’t turn lunch into a whole mission.

"Good variety without overthinking it"
I like Waba Grill because it has a nice mix of choices without making me stare at the menu forever. Sometimes I’m in the mood for chicken, sometimes steak, sometimes salmon, and other times I’ll go lighter with veggies or tofu or whatever sounds good that day.
The bowls, plates, sauces, rice, veggies, proteins, all of it makes it easy to change things up. It’s especially helpful when my family can’t agree, like one person wants something healthy, someone else wants beef, someone wants chicken, and someone just wants a simple bowl. It usually works out for everyone.

"Order was spot on"
I got exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing, which I really appreciate. that’s the kind of basic reliability that keeps me coming back—if they ever start getting my orders wrong, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

"Good healthy food, but the wait can be annoying"
I like Waba Grill because I can grab chicken, rice, and veggies without feeling gross after eating. The portions are solid, and it’s a nice option when I don’t feel like cooking but still want something kind of healthy. My only frustration is that sometimes the wait feels longer than it should, especially when I’m already hungry and in a hurry.

"I ordered food after a long..."
I ordered food after a long day and was just hoping it wouldn’t be late or cold. The driver showed up right on time, and everything was still hot when I opened the bag. It was one of those smooth, no-stress orders where nothing went wrong, which I really appreciated

Ordered online and pickup was super smooth. The site was easy to use, but my sauce choice didn’t save the first time, which was kinda annoying lol. Food was ready right on time though, so overall it was a good experience.

I’ve been to a few locations and the taste is usually consistent, which is nice. The service can be hit or miss though. One visit was totally fine, the next had me wondering why I even bothered. So yeah, it’s decent, just not anything I’d get too excited about.

I expected it to be a bit of a hassle to find calorie and sodium info, like it is on a lot of restaurant sites, but Waba Grill made it easy. I was trying to keep an eye on what I was ordering for lunch, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to figure out what fit. It was simple, quick, and actually helpful.

"Double-check the hours before you go"
The food has usually been good in my experience, but the hours posted online haven’t always been accurate. I’ve driven over a couple times thinking they were open and found out they weren’t, which is frustrating. Now I’d probably call ahead before making the trip just to avoid wasting time. Not a huge deal if they get the hours updated, but definitely something to watch for.

"Pretty easy to customize my bowl"
I order from WaBa Grill a decent amount, i’m totally calm about how much I like being able to tweak my bowl. Extra veggies, sauce on the side, swapping the protein, it’s all simple and doesn’t turn into some whole thing.
My last order showed up exactly the way I picked it, which was nice. Not to be dramatic, because I’m obviously very relaxed, but it’s refreshing when a site doesn’t make customizing your food annoying.

"Helpful, but I hate waiting"
I had a small issue with my order, and to be fair, the staff got back to me and sorted it out without any drama. That said, I’m not the most patient person, so the wait felt longer than it probably was. Good help overall, just wish it had been faster

I’ve grabbed WaBa Grill a handful of times now, and for the most part, the bowls feel like a good deal. The chicken and rice portions usually fill me up, which is what I’m looking for when I’m trying not to spend too much on lunch.
The only thing I’d watch out for is that some locations seem a little hit or miss with how much meat they give you. I hate feeling like I paid the same but got less, so that can be annoying. Still, most days it feels worth it and I’d rather stick with it than risk paying more somewhere else and leaving hungry

"Parking was way easier than most places"
I’ve been here a few times and parking has been super easy every time. Compared to other busy spots where you end up circling forever, I usually find a space quickly here...
